Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Penny's Porches! Upon payment, you agree to these terms: • Payment is required to secure your delivery date • Cancellations 7+ days before delivery: full refund • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund (supplies may be purchased) • No refunds within 48 hours of delivery • Plant longevity depends on weather; we cannot guarantee against natural conditions • Photos of your display may be used for marketing (let us know if you prefer not) • A portion of all styling fees will be donated to local animal rescues.
